  • Can children & adults wear shoes on the mat/ equipment?

    NO, unfortunately this is not possible as damages may occur which will result in an additional fee.

  • Do you clean your equipment?

    YES. All our soft play equipment is thoroughly disinfected with detergents and wiped down between use ready for your event. Commercial grade cleaners & sanitisers are used to ensure, no hidden nasties are sticking around. Health & Safety is our no.1 Priority at Jem’s Jumpers.

  • Will I be charged if Stairs or Lifts are required for access?

    Please note there is an additional fee of $120 to the delivery if the event requires stair or lift access.

  • Do I need to return the items clean?

    YES, please. On the return, we ask that the equipment is given back in the same condition as it was left, etc., balls inside the ball pit. A quick rinse/ wipe down would be greatly appreciated out of courtesy. Additional cleaning charges may be applied for items returned dirty upon inspection, once the event has ceased.

  • Can food or drink be allowed in the play are?

    NO. Food & drinks are not allowed as this can result in spills and damages. A cleaning fee will be applied if there is food and drink residue on the equipment.

  • Are you insured?

    YES. We are a fully registered & insured business. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance if needed for a venue

  • When do you arrive for set up of the equipment?

    We will arrive at your location within an hour before your event start time.

    So this gives mum or dad a chance to relax, get a wine and enjoy a bit of you time!

  • What happens in the case of wet weather?

    Unfortunately, Mother Nature likes to switch it up on us every once in a while, but the SHOW MUST GO ON!

    We do ask that you have an indoor back up plan so the little ones still get to bounce around and enjoy the day.
